Seminars and Training Programs for Bookkeepers

Members receive substantial discounts on posted educational courses, taught by the industries top instructors. Weekly online courses will cover provincial regulations and changes, matters of national interest as well as how to build a more successful business.

CPB-Certified Professional Bookkeepers are required to maintain their high standards through continuing professional education. They must acquire 45 Continuing Professional Education Credits (CPECs) over a three-year period from the anniversary of the last certification exam passed and every three years thereafter.

Credits may be earned anywhere, at a local college, a seminar, a webinar, or through the courses advertised on our web site ~ 1 hour of education = 1 credit. Failure to meet CPEC requirements will result in loss of certification.

CGA Association Courses

IPBC Course Cancellation Policy

• Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the course.  Simply call us with the request.
• Cancellations are accepted without penalty if received in writing at least three weeks in advance of the course date. 
• Cancellations after that date, up to one week in advance of the date of the course, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations one week or less in advance of the course date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any course and will provide a full refund of course fee in this event.
